EPG tab stops collecting events if EPG window was opened once

I've spotted a small issue related to reading EPG data. It seems that opening and closing EPG window is stopping collection of EIT data (so EPG tab in main window is not updated with more data). Reproduction is easier on a frequency, where there's a bigger amount of EPG data and EIT table is broadca...

Re: dvbt2 #plp1 scan

Are you sure that your settings are correct? I see from the screenshot, that you are trying to scan terrestrial frequency and in this case setting T2-MI is incorrect. T2-MI encapsulation is not used in terrestrial - it is for broadcasting a complete DVB-T2 multiplex over satellite (or other way, ASI...

Re: dvbt2 #plp1 scan

Additionally you can try to use a workaround, which might work, until new release: - edit frequency (right click mouse button on a desired frequency on the frequency list on the right -> Edit from menu, set expected PLP there, to save it) - scan - edit frequency again (change PLP to next) - scan aga...

Few suggestions from PL forum

I'm passing a few ideas from PL forum (by user @peh) for consideration for future AltDVB releases ;) To add relock feature to go back to last watched channel after closing scanner window (if channel is still present on the channel list). To keep channel locked & video/audio active in scanner win...

Re: AltDVB v2.4 - Build 5488

The higher value should be better (so 10000 ms better than 500 ms). I saw that on some machines and was related somehow to reading signal stats on Bda2_Driver. I've never found an ideal solution for this, just less breakups. Try to set this to 0 for tests. Signal won't be updated at all (quality inf...

Re: AltDVB v2.4 - Build 5488

I'm afraid that for DVBSky devices DiSEqC is not yet supported on main Dev_BdaDriver.int, that's why you cannot use it on DVBSky device for multiple satellite positions. For issue with image breakup on Dev_Bda2Driver.int from CrazyCat - please check Settings -> General and try to slow down Signal up...

Re: Xbox One Digital TV Tuner...on Windows

Worry not, it's already a big achievement to have this device working under Windows ;) It offers very fast & stable lock, great for DVB-C scanning and just a day ago I could use these devices only @ Linux and mostly they were covered by dust ;) Thanks ;)

Re: Xbox One Digital TV Tuner...on Windows

Wow! Thanks! :D Got some of these - very cheap devices  Tested on both DVB-C and DVB-T/T2. DVB-C: confirmed some small glitches on 256QAM, but basically works fine :) DVB-T/T2: detected some small issues here: DVB-T MUX with 7 MHz bandwidth (we are using 7 MHz here on VHF) is not locking fo...
