You might try to change Relock Time to higher value than 5. I think there might be a problem if 5980 is slower than relock time, because it might fall into loop of relock attempts (not sure, just guessing). Please put frequencies in kHz, not MHz, so instead of 10894 put 10894000 and for 11324 put 11324000. kHz frequencies precision is useful for very low SR transmissions (less than ~500 ksps), but for higher SR values this might be needed to add "000" to be in line with that precision. Probably both instances of LAV are saving their settings to the same place. I'm afraid that not much can be done on AltDVB side - rather LAV issue (or done on purpose by LAV Filters author). You can try to do some workaround by setting the same settings in both places, maybe that will help? Eventual...

Got both, 5520SE is for me a nice device, because it does not need an additional power supply, using just two USB ports (for me works even on one USB 3.0). Never checked that closely, but some time ago I saw similar stream from 5°W. SR is rather low (1704) for 2 HD channels - with these parameters there would be only ~4,2 Mbit/s for both channels.
