Try to change audio renderer from [DS Config]
For the video problem try to toggle HW acceleration in filter config.
The issue could be related with some video driver bug/incompatibility (I see you are using Win11)

From the Aliexpress description, this remote seems to be a HID device which emulate a keyboard. If this is the case then try to change the kb hotkeys from AltDvb->Settings->Input->Keyboard: double click on column HotKey2 on the desired action then press a key on your remote.
